Draught glass at the joint- solid black in color, 1 finger dark tan head that laced, aroma of cocoa, a nicely dark roasted malt, dark chocolate, and late autumn underneath. Hits the mouth with a very nice wide body, malt is all over the place, chocolate and thickness in the middle, finish is cloying and lasting- well over an hour as I took the train back and got home. They hit this one! bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAR 23, 2010
(Draught) Pours a black body with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, and earthiness. Flavor of baking cocoa, roasted malt, and earth with a cloying, somewhat mouth numbing, bitter finish.
