Great beer, great grapes, berries, nice sourness, not to much. Some malty taste, but generally dry beer. Trying the same method of fermentation at home ;)

375ml bottle at home in Richmond as ’Loverbeer BeerBera’, 8%, brewed in 2013, interesting production method - spontaneous fermentation, oak vats with grape. Ruby red, translucent, pale pink head dies to nothing quickly. Aroma is oaky, varnish, acetic, wafers, vanilla and plum, ribena. Body is a bit frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is spicy, woody and perfumed, lightly acidic, cherry, more ribena and biscuits. An interesting and tasty beer. Maybe a touch sweet but nice.
