Bottled (backlog). Pretty much red colour with a small head. Aroma is sour wood, red berries, some yeast and mild toffeeish notes to it. Flavour is very similar, ending in a rather big mouthdrying way. Tasty and quite complex.

Bottle courtesy of Bruno (grazie) at Toccalmatto, shared with SHIG. Clear copper color, large fluffy off white head. Aroma of dust, grapes, must, oak. Taste resembles a full bodied rose wine, smooth, but slightly sour. Very nice.

Cloudy amber beer. No head. Light sour nose. Crisp light palate. Pleasantly lightly sour with a little tangy grape tartness. A little lactose sweetness in there as well. Finishes crisp. A sweetish winey sort of beer and unlike anything I’ve had before. Crisp, tart and sweet and unusual. Could drink loads of this!
