- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

Bottle pour with a golden orange color and thin/medium white head. Nice fruity sour nose with some funkiness. Taste was red berry fruits with a medium smooth sourness with some vinous hints. Not much to really speak of in carbonation but easy enough to drink. Really enjoyed this and cant wait to try some more from this brewery. Well done brew.

Serving: from tap at Seattle International Beerfest. Aroma: heavy citrus and floral aroma. Appearance: small, off-white initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, dark-amber body. Taste: lightly sour initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: light body with watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall: refreshing and easy to drink

SvanteL (629) - SWEDEN - JUL 30, 2017
Brewdog Firenze.

Bottle at Fork&Bottle, vintage 2014. Pours lightly cloudy ruby-ish amber. Aroma is peach ice tea, light funk. Body is medium, lightly sour and tart, quite fruity, dark and red fruit. Soft carbonation. Quite sweet. Very astringent palate, immediately dries your mouth. Still fruity. Good!

PietS (370) - Bergen op Zoom, NETHERLANDS - JUL 1, 2017
Fruity: berries, strawberry, apple; Sour, like wild yeast sourness; a bit musty aroma as well; body is fresh and fizzy. You have to take some sips to get used to it, but after that it’s very nice and drinks easily.

CraftBeerNick (2725) - London Town, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 7, 2017
Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 7th June 17. Pours a copper colour, aroma is pear drops, peach, sweet. Taste is light pear, prune, strawberry, peach, light sourness, especially after the Tilquin I’ve just had. Lovely stuff.

adamnowek (3170) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 2, 2017
Cloudy deep bronze colour. Creamy beige head. Aroma is sour candy, pear, and tree bark. Taste is intensely sour , eventually evening out to some peach and pear undertones.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2017 Vintage 2009. Aroma intenso vinoso, lattico, citrico, fruttato. Corpo leggero, carbonazione lieve. Al palato è acida, fruttata, citrica, moderatamente astringente, persistente. Ottima birra.

kraddel (8721) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - APR 30, 2017
Thnx to George ! Pours unclear, dark amber, small white head. Smell is somewhat fruity ( grapes ? ) sourness, some oak. Taste is full, intense, dought, malty, mildly sour ( less than the scent gave ) some fruits ( still think its white grapes) Very decent body, carbo, and balance. Nice intensity.

Carbonizzazione e corpo medio/bassi. La birra scivola benissimo ed è appagante. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
