"Birra complessa, di grande finezza ed eleganza, in cui sorprendentemente convivono tre anime, quella fruttata con sentori che ricordano la fragola, il lampone ed il ribes rosso, quella acidula-citrica con lievi aspre note di limone e quella, più ostica, caratterizzata da off flavors tutti da scoprire. On tap at TCBW 2017. As D’uvabeer 2016. Pours dark amber colour. Medium white head. Raisins, notes of caramel, grapes, earthiness in the aroma. Grapes, sourness, notes of gooseberries at first. Sour and quite dry in the middle. Sourness, grapes. Dry finish. Rather light bodied, very nice sour wild ale.

Bottle from SmakPiwa.pl. Brewed in 2014. Acetto Balsamico:) :) super aromat owocow czerwonych, drewna i miodu. W smaku kwasne winne, octowe, cierpkie, bardzo extremalnie wytrawne. Sporo debowego smaku i zapachu. Wyglad piekna czerwien ze spora naturalna pianka, ale opadajaca szybko. Testowane w kieliszku do czerwonego wina. Doskonale do watrubki, alkohol zupelnie ukryty. Bardzo smaczne, kwasne i wytrawne. Nawet ci co lubia ten styl powinni byc zaskoczeni potega kwaskowego mocnego smaku. Classico.

Bottle. Brewed 2012; BBE 2018; Drank May 2015 - BCA; well sedimented. Hazy Reddish Amber in colour. Off-white head. Very Fruity; strawberries, grapes, plums and sour cherries. Vinous. Sour fruity and mildly tart throughout. Dry finish. Liked this. Nice Sour Ale! (2015-05-15)

2011 vintage. A deep dark brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with dark fruits, light Brett, light butter notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett notes, light cork, ground cherries, lactic acid, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from Bièropholie imports.

On tap at the hay merchant. Pours a cloudy amber with small creamy beige head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is vinegar, dark fruit, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, tart, very good.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. 2011 Vintage. Slightly hazy deep rose to orange colour with a thin orangey head. Aroma sour citrus and funky sourness. Taste citrus tangy and light sour. Mid carbonation. Overall a very enjoyable beer.
