Una birra che fa decisamente onore al patrimonio italiano delle birre acide. La nota fruttata è decisamente rilevante, con un impatto citrico che poi si evolve in un netto sentore di frutti rossi che si espande su tutto il palato. 330ml bottle, hazy amber-red hue, with a beige head, disappearing quickly, leaving a thin ring of head, with a yeasty, faint earthy raspberry, musty red berry nose, with some light fruit acidity, wet wood accent, with some red wine tannin, leathery, subtle wheat, pale malt sour notes in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, light earthy musty acidic redberry, leathery, iron, doughy, pomegranate sourness, wheat, pale, toasted malt character with some soft red wine tannin, woody flavours, leading towards a warming yeasty, earthy acidic redberry, winey woody finish. Bottle shared by jcwatts. Poured an ugly chunky light burgundy brown with a larger thick creamy light beige head. Aroma of sour cherries, some funkiness, lots of medicinal notes, wine soaked bread. Big body with stronger carbonation and a lingering aftertaste along with a sour burn on the end. Tap at local taphouse. Aromas of red grapes, straw and smoke. Taste is quite earthy. The tartiness isn't over powering. It's solid but not amazing.

On tap at Backcountry Pizza poured a clear reddish amber wiuth a small lingering amber head. Aromas of straw, red grapes and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of red grapes, straw and light earthiness with a crisp dry tart lingering red grape finish.
