On tap at blue monk. Dark red pour with no head. Smells tart with lots of cherry in the nose. Tastes big on cherries, and some green olive. Decent sour

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber peach with a gray head that starts to the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grape notes with some sweet grains. Flavor has grape throughout that is mainly sweet with a touch of sweet grains.

Bottle at home shared with Mette. Clear red/brown - white head. Nice mellow sourness, wooden tartness, light fruity, some red berries, citrus notes, high carbonation, red grapes. Very light but ok pleasant.

33 cl bottle from somewhere. Pours a bit hazy copper with a medium off white head. Strong aroma of vinegar and some red fruits. Medium sweet, low bitteness, strong sourness with some fruity notes. Not a style that i prefer.

At a tasting, thanks troubles, quite clear very deep orange colour, aroma of dough, dried figs apricots and raisins,winey flavour with roots, carton and metalic notes, unbalanced and a bit too sweet, overly strong carbonation. Not too good.

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks troubles for this bottle! 2011 bottle. Hazy dark orange with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, raisins, caramel and sour biscuits. Sour flavor with a bit of malt, fruits and vinous notes. Medium-bodied.

Tap. Pours dark amber/ruby with thick, creamy off-white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma berries, floral hops, lime, cookie malt, sugar, and light spice. Flavor is tart fruit and wildberry esters forward with some sweet malt and floral notes; dries out toward the finish with a hint of spice. Medium body and carbonation.
