- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

UPDATED: APR 18, 2015 Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015. Nice, hazy bright yellow colour with a thin layer of white head. Nose... damn good! Dry apple cider, yeast, barnyard, almonds, apricots... also an extreme hospital note, and vinegar. Tastes very sour, but this is quickly coated in a beautiful fruity grainy dryness. Almondy-grapey-appley. More and more almonds as it warms. Damn fine. Must have it again!

Edit: had like 5 glasses of this yesterday at Speakeasy by Põhjala, and I must say, this brew is fucking awesome! Pushing the rating up a few notches. I absolutely LOVE this beer.

Marduk (7695) - Reval, ESTONIA - MAR 31, 2015
Tap @TCBW2015. Hazy copper color. Medium size, red head, stays. Sour, fart, grainy, yeast in aroma. Messy aroma. Sour, vinegar, fruity, bit yeasty, sweet notes in taste. Sweet jammy berries in aftertaste. As it warms and stays in a glass I like it more and more.

Idiosynkrasie (7535) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 30, 2015
330ml bottle [2012 vintage]. Clear, dark copper, red-brown colour with effervescent, average to huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, off-white head. Intense, sweet-ish fruity aroma, notes of red berries, grapes, oak, vanilla, leather, a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg, almond biscuit (speculoos), a vinous touch, some sherbet. Taste is sweet-and-sour vinous, slightly dry hints of oak and leather, tannin, vinegar, red berries, sherbet, a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, some lemon juice; soft palate with spritzy residue. Rich and complex, absolutely convincing, an amiable invitation to discover the style.

Huge foam, nice sourness, fresh feeling. Very good.

Draught @ Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015
Aroma is rather acidic with vinegar and tart berry juice. Also some lactic tones. Flavour has lactic tones, tart berry juice and some sweet berry tones. Not that aggressive but the lactic notes disturb me here.

tiong (7305) - Espoo, FINLAND - MAR 27, 2015
Draught @ TCBW 2015

Pours dark orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of sourish berries, tart grapefruit, funky yeast and farmyard. Taste is sweetish, funky and slightly sour with some tartish grapefruit notes, berries and farmyard. Finish is sweetish and farmyardy with some hints of sourness. Okay.

Hermod (7916) - Vantaa, FINLAND - MAR 27, 2015
Tap @TCBW15. Deep amber, thin white head. Dense. Pleasant sour aroma, wet wood, ripe berries, chocolate notes?! Flavor has tartness, chocolate, wood and red berries. Long bonedry finish. Not bad.

jookos (6789) - FINLAND - MAR 27, 2015
[email protected] Brown amber. Vinous slight oaky malty nose. Dark red berries, funk, brown malty, cola. Full med bodied, taffyy, cola sweetness. Dry finish though. A strange one, but quite ok.
