My 100th sour rating! 750mL at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome. The pour is a hazy, ruby blood orange with heavy soda carbonation. A massive head erupts. Aroma is cardboardy, light red wine vinegar, ash, paper. Taste is spritzy, light, acetic spicy, malty, sweaty. Palate masked by huge carbonation. 5/4/7/3/12=3.1joergen (27983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 24, 2011

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival. First beer of the second day at the festival. Pours redish amber with a beige head. Aroma is sweet cherry, strawberries, bready, overall notes of berries, maybe a bit dessert wine and some tartness behind all the sweetness. Taste add some more cherry, some blood orange, winey aftertaste and sweetness from the aroma. Balazs (787) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 13, 2011
