COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

Au Trappiste, bern. Trübes dunkelrot, trüb. Beerenfrüchte und Roweinaromen dominieren. Anfangs fruchtig süss, angenehm sauer. Kaum Bitter. Vollmundig und spritzig. Sehr angenehm fruchtiger Abgang. Ich liebe es.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2015 Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015. Nice, hazy bright yellow colour with a thin layer of white head. Nose... damn good! Dry apple cider, yeast, barnyard, almonds, apricots... also an extreme hospital note, and vinegar. Tastes very sour, but this is quickly coated in a beautiful fruity grainy dryness. Almondy-grapey-appley. More and more almonds as it warms. Damn fine. Must have it again!

Edit: had like 5 glasses of this yesterday at Speakeasy by Põhjala, and I must say, this brew is fucking awesome! Pushing the rating up a few notches. I absolutely LOVE this beer.

750 ml bottle at Makke shared with tarheels86. Murky purple color, large red head (nice!). Aroma of strawberry, dust and sweat. Taste has lemon rind, sour cherry, and a nice sweet/sour balance. Tasty.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2013 Rerate: Cask @ ML Fontainas.

Bottle at "30 år av surt", on May 5, 2012 in Göteborg. BB 12/2013.

Bottle from an Italian PUB’R lover. Pours turbid ruby copper with fizzy off-pink head. Nose is earthy lactic funk, yeast, fruit. Tastes fruity, with cherry, lactose, funky yeasty malt, and a complex finish. Yet another great sour from this brewer, and it ends more tart than it starts.

Draught @ Bir&Fud, Via Benedetta 23, Roma, Italy 00153.

Light unclear medium red orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, red grapes, wood, tart berries - sweet raspberry and strawberry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, caramel malt, red grape, tart berries, citrus acidic notes. One word it is lovely >;O)). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101219]

Bottle at Bir & Fud. Lovely nose of grapes and sour fruits. Rich malt flavor with the right acetic balance and light yogurt. Alcohol is surprisingly well hidden. Beautiful and wonderfully drinkable.
