Tap @ CBC’14.
Pours pitch black color with a gorgeous large beige head. Mildly farmhousey aroma, chocolate and cocoa also. Smooth creamy palate with a faint sour twist, chocolate and dark fruits on the flavor, cocoa also. Nice and different.

Fumata nera! Habemus Papessa!

God!!

375 ml bottle @ home.Noember 08, 2013 Beer bought @ "Vinmonopolet Vika", Oslo in October 2013. Beer brewed in 2011 according to the label. Beer tested from a tulip glass. Black in color with a brown head. Aroma is oak, tart, roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Tastes vinous and has a woody/oak taste with a slightly bitter finish. Not my favorite type of taste and style.

Bottle at SMÖF 2013. Fruity and tart smell. Similar taste with a roasted finish. The tartness and roasted bitterness doesn’t quite mix but still both interesting and nice..

Schwarz, kaum schaumbildung, aroma nach geröstetem kaffe, schokolade u leichte säure, süss sauer im geschmack, abgang eher säuerlich bitter (ähnlich rasputin von de molen) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

HoppyBudgie (940) - SOLA, NORWAY - OCT 9, 2013
Very dark with large head. Aroma is roasted malts, dark chocolate, oak, roasted bread. Taste is dry, lightly vineous, roasted malts and more choco. Finishes with some complexity and sourness/ tartness. But still on the stouty side
