2010 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a massive brown head over a near black hued completely opaque body. Aromas show a lot of roast, chocolate, malty notes, coffee, molasses, light smoke and marshmallow. Very enticing aromas. Flavors are nutty and a bit smokey. Roasty with a bit more of an ashy presence than I like. Good malt character, low esters and low alcohol. Medium bodied, with slightly fuller carbonation.

Bottl. pours brown with small brown head, Aroma; sourish with some vinegar, coffee, soil, chocolate, some herb, Taste: medium biter at first, then some sweetness, and then up to medium sour, coffee, vinegar, rotten berries, Medium plus body. Sour-bitter finish. CRAZY but GOOD. Nice.

375 bottle. Thanks for the sample Harri. Pours dark brown colour. Medium beige head. Sourness, bread, earthy notes, chocolate, berries, hints if red wine in the aroma. Sourness, cocoa, dark chocolate in the taste. Cocoa, earthy notes, sourness in the aftertaste. Rather medium bodied, surprisingly complex and very tasty beer.

Bottled (backlog). Dark brown colour with a beige foamy head. Aroma is chocolate, liquorice, some sourness along with mild toffee and grains. Flavour is grains, chocolate, liquorice, mild alcohol and some sour wooden notes as well. Probably infected, as the sourness wasn’t all to pleasant nor suiting the beer.

Draught at Birrerria Volo. Pitch black with tan head. Nose of coffee, chocolate, some cherries and raspberries and a hint of smoke. Coffee and chocolate, with some leather and oakiness, and lingering smoke. Tasty.

33 cl bottle bought at Eataly in Milan. Nose is soy sauce, chicory, coffee, burnt bread. Taste oscilates between bitter, smoke and sour. Soy sauce, chicory, oak, smoked wood. Medium body, medium carbonation, dry, sour-bitter finish. Disappointing.
