3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruti and malt as well as a light touch of spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, elderberries, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
Bottle - golden amber with small white head . Medium carbonation, decent orangey aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Good orangey tasting. MrTipple (4955) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 10, 2016
Grain and cereal malts, light caramel and molasses. Hazy amber, medium, creamy, off-white head. Light sweet. Bread and grain malts continue, soft carbonation, remains lightly sweet, lightly fruity, some citrus fruits. OK Bitter, nothing too special though. Keg at the brewery, Henley-on-Thames. teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - OCT 20, 2015
Backlog rating. Keg at Mother Kelly’s, London. It pours a clean amber color with medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet and malty, with notes of caramel, stone fruit, grains, dried plums. Taste is also sweet, fruity, malty, with light tang from lemon peel notes in the finish. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, decent mR_fr0g (12067) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2015
Keg at the Lovibonds tap takeover Brewdog Camden. Clear bright orange / light amber coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is lovely rounded sweet malts with honey, toffee and candy. Nice earthy pollen on the nose as well. Flavour follows with more toffee biscuity malts, pollen, caramel biscuit, mineral. Palate is semi sweet, bit thin, high carbonation. Could dial back the carbonation a bit. Lovely lingering honey, earthy. Theydon_Bois (19481) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2015
Bottle at home, from Tourist Town’s Waitrose, 12/04/15.
Hazed golden amber with a decent light beige covering.
Nose is bitter fruit, light floral, bready malt, toffee apple.
Taste comprises caramel, light candied fruits, hint of brown sugar, mellow fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Inoffensive easy drinking amber affair, nothing I’d look to revisit but nothing wring with it.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with absurdely huge, frothy to macropore, diminishing (or better "osteoporosing"), minimally lacing, barely white head. Hoppy and surprisingly yeasty aroma, notes of gooseberry, a touch of herbs and brine, some grass and hay, a cautious floral yeasty touch, even hints of mushrooms. Taste is inharmonious, bready, woody, earthy hints of forest plants, mushrooms, a touch of caramel malt, some pine, herbal hoppy overtones; slightly chaotic but truely variegated. Keg at the Hanging Bat. Grassy, funky, dry toffee, bit thin and wishy washy. Mothroy (91) - - FEB 21, 2014
Bottle from Waitrose, Windsor. Slightly hazy with a good white head that lasts. Wheat, yeast aroma carried through to the palate which develops earthy hop notes. The mouthfeel is not thin, as expected from a 3.4% beer, but quite full bodied. Ok, but nothing special. zacgillbanks (5169) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JAN 19, 2014
Bottle from Waitrose, Windsor. This hazy amber beer pours with a large foamy head. It has caramel, chocolate and slight sour red fruity flavours with a zesty fruity and slight malty finish. Excellent for the very low ABV. Scopey (14699) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2013
Keg at the brewery. It pours clear amber with medium white head. The nose is earth, wood, brown bread and hay. The taste is wood, earth, brown bread, light bitterness, pithy citrus and touch of spice with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. A solid session ale, but not their best.
