Bottle shared at Lowenbrau in Buttenheim on day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a foamy white head. Simple pale bread pervades, with mild floral notes, simple white sugar. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, lightly bitter with touches of hay, some dried cereal, faint grass. Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared at the brewery tap. Clear golden yellow colour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is grainy cereal, corn flakes, some grassy nobel hop. Bamberg Bash Day 2. Draft at the Brewpub. Almost clear gold beer, big fluffy white head. Palate is crisp and slightly dry. Light sweet malt, nice floralness. Little bitterness. Carbonated bite in the finish. Nice!

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of yeast and bread dough, slightly metallic, with a hint of cherry stones, cardboard, caramel and grass. flavour is mostly the same, lots of herbal hops, bread dough and cherry pulp, again slightly metallic and cardboardy, with a slightly bitter toasted-bready finish. light-bodied with lively carbonation.
