oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JAN 25, 2009
Bottled (from beerangel.de). Deep rubyish brown colour, with small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild roasted notes as well as mild burnt sugar. Flavour is quite grassy hoppy along with caramel and roasted malts. Aftertaste is rather sweet. Still very wellbalanced, even though not that exciting.

SkyCop32 (287) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - OCT 29, 2008
Shared with oldrtybastrd. This is a dark brown with roasted malt coming to the forefront. This is a very decent beer as it is made to enjoy.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden hazzlenut dark brown with a lacing tan head. Aroma is mild spiced and towards breadish. dry breadish and light hops spiced. Light bitterness coming through towards a medium dry and mild spiced finish - slight acidic touch. Nice and easy to drink - yet simple.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2008 Lowenbraukeller, Munich. Slender beige lid on ruby. Light and transparent for a dunkel. Chocolatey malt and nuts on the snout, with a sniff of something vegetal. Creeping cherryish fruit, watery prune, chocolate. Thinnish, metallic and a bit raisiny.

3.2
Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 1, 2008
Dark brown with a small, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, light hints of nuts and the finish is dry. It seems so malty clean in the overall impression.
