unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - DEC 16, 2006
I smuggled a 50cL from Germany. Clear golden color. Thick white fluffy head. Appearance of the purest gold and whitest cloud over the Bavarian country side. Aroma of malt and a grassy hop smell. Tastes very crisp and a sharp bitter bite. Very light palate. Refreshing finish. This is a smooth and easy daily drinker. Wish I could get this all the time...

Ungstrup (39528) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2006
A yellow beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet and bready with a light touch of hops. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of bread and cardboard, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end. I find it boring.

Papsoe (25055) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving laces. Very clean malt aroma. Medium-bodied with a good malt profile and some floral aroma hops that also leaves a solid dose of bitterness. 181106

Bottle, 5.2%. Malty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small, frothy white head. The flavour is also malty and quite nice. The bitterness is a little sharp, though. Good mouthfeel.

ganache (6144) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 5, 2006
Bottled. Pale yellow with a fair share of carbo and a frothy head. Good lacing. Light malty aroma with some herbs. Spicy taste, lasts long on the tongue. Malty with some astringent bitterness. Have a feeling this is a love-it-or-hate-it.

pivnizub (11050) - Bochum, GERMANY - JAN 29, 2006
Bottle: Pale golden, little, lacing, white froth; sweetish (pale-)malty nose with a distinctive aromatic hoppiness; sweet-malty body, a bit bready, followed by a moderate bitterness; malty finish with a lingering floral hoppiness, a bit kind of perfumed. Not bad; has more character than many northern Pilseners, reminds You a bit of Bohemian Pilseners............

maeib (8750) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - DEC 24, 2005
Bottled. A pale copper colourd lager with a slight white head. The aroma is grassy and a little bit of perfumed hops. The taste is more of the same, quite dull and justa abog standard lager really.

RichardGretton (4918) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 29, 2005
Pale lager with a light head. The aroma is light and quite sweet and the flavour is strong, quite syrupy, sweet and has a dry finish. Overall an OK beer but quite syrupy.

Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 25, 2005
Bottle. Clere golden colour with a big white head. Sweet spicy grainy aroma and a sweet spicy taste. Medium body and a sweet light dry finish.

Ernest (7979) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - APR 6, 2005
Germany, Nov 2003. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), moderately hoppy (herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Bit grainy, but balanced ok.
