COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

0,5L MHD11/2016, merci idiosynkrasie for this waxcapped SteinBock! - Cellared for Freiburg Deluge Tasting Aug2017. - Pour a lovely creamy yellow with natural carbonation. Aroma of milky honeypops and Smacks caramels, very little of that zgerman cow fodder and nonHeller Bock wallpaper glue proteins. The Steinbock procedure becomes apparent in the smoothly caramelised, natural honey sweetness, butterscotch butter on a milkshake-smooth body, developing great natural sweetness until the modern hop bitter finish ties it all together with a dry herbal nettle sting. Watery pockets in between the skimmed milk diluted honeypops and the herbal milkshake. Original Steinbier with a subtle, successful modern twist.
