COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ingredients:Water, wheat- and barley malts, organic oranges, coriander, lemon grass, chilli, hops and yeast.

Weich hopfiger Antrunk, deutliche Noten von Zitronengras, was sich zum Mittelteil noch steigert. Etwas hefig, minimale Schärfe, geringe Karbonisierung. Frisch karamellmalziger Nachhall. Nett. 10/11/11/11/7/11

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a hazy orange colour with a light head. Pleasant grassy and fruity aroma. Tart flavour with some graininess, light-bodied with moderate carbonation.

Erzengel (9497) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUL 28, 2016
Bottle from BrauseSyndikat in Bielefeld. Fruity fresh nose, interesting and yeasty. The beer starts fresh and smooth, nice spicy yeast with a nice fruity body. Coriander is there, orange, fruit. The lemongrass and the chilli are in the background, but all in all is it a great asian-spiced brew. Long fruity yeasty spicy aftertaste, very nice with not much bitterness!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Wheaty, yeasty and spicy aroma, hints of clove, banana, a touch of orange. Taste is moderately sweet floury malty and slightly spicy, minimally peppery, fruity, wheaty, hints of clove and banana, some orange zest, coriander, lemongrass, red pepper. Slightly clumsy wheat malty body with resemblance to a flavour-absorbing blond roux.

Bottle in a hotel room in Dresden. Thanks Erzengel for this bottle! Hazy honey color with a white head. Aroma of plastic, some banana. Tastes sweetish and alcoholic with some ripe banana and green banana notes. Medium body and long finish that is slightly alcoholic.

bartlebier (4123) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - OCT 26, 2016
33cl bb12/2016, merci-an-idiosynkrasie. - Murky deep amber-red pour. Smells like a heavy, yet subtly spiced Weizenbock: banana starches, dried apricot, cloves, whiff of <c>Korn</c>. Oily, medium baked banana milkshake with spices piercing through, more peppery clove than actual chili, baked apple more than orange. Whiff of lemongrass perfume maybe. Composed - only a starchy core at its spice-studded mid keeps me from sipping this with full flavour...

Grumbo (3976) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2017
Bottle in trade with Gabriel. Pours slightly hazy orange amber with a quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, glucose, orange and light herbal notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish is sweet, herbal and medicinal.

Bottle. Pours dark golden/amber with small white head, doesnt stay. Aroma: sweet, full of caramel, candy, riped pear or other fruits, hay, seasoned. Taste: cardemom, hay, dry, malty, spicy. Too much cardemom for me. Medium body.
