3.1
Idiosynkrasie (7974) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JAN 14, 2013
500ml bottle. Clear copperish dark amber colour with average, firm, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Toasty caramel malty aroma with a minimally spicy, roasty touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, grassy hoppy overtones, a touch of slightly unmatching and unpleasant bitter almond.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - NOV 18, 2012
bottle from pivnizub, thanks! Clear amber-brown colour, large off-white head. Malty with flavours of roasted malts, caramel. Slightly hoppy in the finish.

beeracoon (514) - - OCT 27, 2012
Medium white head. Clear, red-brownish colour. Roasty, bitter aroma. Spicy taste. Roasty, caramel-like palate. Nice beer.

3.3
Stefano (2034) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2012
Brown coloured beer with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel and malt. The taste is dark roasted malt with some caramel notes. Medium to heavy palate.

2.6
mutz (1113) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 27, 2012
Halve liter fles. Roodbruine kleur, weinig kraag. Ruikt wat naar mout en caramel. Wat dunne zoete smaak. Eigenlijk is dit bier niet interessant.

2.7
ferit (180) - Schleswig-Holstein, GERMANY - AUG 25, 2012

2.8
pivnizub (10811) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2012
Bottle: Amber coloured, quickly collapsing off-white loose head, sweet burnt-malt and molasses in the nose; sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; a kind of chocolate in the bitter-molassey finish. O.K., drinkable…

3.1
Plovmand (8623) - Grindsted, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2012
Bottle. Pours deep amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of dark fruit. The flavour is toasted caramel, bread, malt and light hops.

4.3
Hussey (60) - North Carolina, USA - JUL 11, 2012
.5 L bottle @ Sellin, Germany. Shared this bottle with my Swedish brother-in-law. No real foam/head to speak of. Poured a translucent amber/brown. Fantastic aroma. Roasted nutty nose. Fantastic mouth feel and taste. Earthy, woody palate. This beer is a locally brewed beer on the island of Rugen. Didn’t expect anything extraordinary . . . but it was outstanding. Incredibly well done bock. German macros seem to be quality beers IMHO.
