COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Farmer’s Daughter is a blonde ale with a malty and fruity aroma. The addition of coriander and grains of paradise also lends mild spicy aromatic qualities. This beer is very refreshing and has a light malt character with minimal hop flavor. This is very easy drinking, approachable, thirst quenching ale.

[Tap] Pours a deep yellow color with a faint haze to it. Big pillow of foamy white head and lots of CO2 bubbles. Aroma is mostly of cereal grains, with the spice notes being more fleeting. Crisp and smooth flavor profile includes some grass, wheat, mild honey and hints of yeast. A decent brew.

Can from Skyview, thanks Bob! Hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Aroma of toasted malts, grains, light honey, coriander and by power of suggestion I believe I smell grains of paradise. Taste is mild and sudsy with grains, honey and some malt and coriander underneath.

Can - Pours light amber with a thin foamy white head. Light, fruity nose, with the coriander peeking through. Lightly grainy and fairly dry. Not a whole lot on the nose. Taste is pretty mellow. Lightly fruity malt and more coriander. A touch of yeast and some herbal hopping on the finish. Pretty watery, though a step up from BMC. Would be a decent lawnmower or session beer. Big fluffy body, though very thin.

Can. Very smooth blonde ale. Slight fruit aroma. Refreshing with hints of a spice. Very interesting blonde. I recommend trying this beer.

16oz can picked up in Eau Claire. Hazy unfiltered creamy tan body. Steady, glass lacing, thin off-white head. A mild, smooth session beer, clean golden malt, with a mellow herbal spice balance. Almost has a cream ale feel, but with some faint Saison or Wit spices. I’m not really into the spices, I’d rather see the malt shine. OK, unique.

Canned. Poured bright golden with a tall, sticky, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up fresh grains of paradise and wheaty notes over lightly-toasted bread and a touch of honey.. a hint of cardboard back there too. The flavor found spicy grains of paradise and peppery notes throughout.. honey and crusty bread on the light middle.. fairly aggressive with the carbonation on the sharp-ish finish, along with tacky, not-so-enjoyable malts. Light-bodied but fairly filling on the palate (carbonation).. transitions weren’t very good.. just passable.

16 oz. can. Pours hazy gold with big white head that diminishes to almost nothing. Hay and yeast in the nose and flavor. I’m not getting much else. Pretty average.
