COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Farmer’s Daughter is a blonde ale with a malty and fruity aroma. The addition of coriander and grains of paradise also lends mild spicy aromatic qualities. This beer is very refreshing and has a light malt character with minimal hop flavor. This is very easy drinking, approachable, thirst quenching ale.

Very smooth, mild and consistent flavor, very light body. Not much aroma. Flavor is spice vanilla and pomegranate , kinda creamy. Overall very easy drinking and appealing. (I’m a little biased cus this is brewed 5 mins from where I live lol) pleasant is the best word to describe this one

Keg @ Lucette. Gold pour with a large white head. Strong coriander, plenty of herbs. Summery citrus and a bit of yeasty must. Flavor is somewhat herbal. Peppery finish. Mild citrus. Quite dry. Decent.

A nice summer beer lives up to all expectations. A solid recipe leads to a top notch summer drinker from a brewery I look forward to revisiting in the future. Lucette should have a promising future if they continue to release beers like this.

Aroma / Appearance - A bronze semitransparent core and agitated ivory head pair well. White pepper, lemons, and yeast emit the smell of white wine. Hay bales after harvest add a late summer texture.

Flavor / Palate - White pepper, yeast, and hay lend an earthy base to a light sessionable mouthfeel. The down to earth bitterness comes a few seconds later. The only failing occurs towards the end when the spiciness takes on a harsh nature. Overall though it provides enough pleasure to be easy to finish. If you are looking for a solid local you could fare worse than the Farmer’s Daughter.

Aroma is spices, pale malts and hints of tea and heat. The flavor is spices, bread, tea, pale malts and a smooth finish with very little/almost no bitterness throughout.

Tap at boneyard. Gold. Nice clean smell . Subtle flavor overall, finish could be better. Pretty average.

Tap pour into a pint glass at Boneyard. Color is a light golden. Little to no lacing or head. Taste leans heavy on the malt with little regard for hops. Easier to drink than expected. Not a lot of complexity here. Worth a brief hookup but probably not a farmers daughter worth pursuing.
