3.8
commonmac (1202) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 10, 2016
Tap at Inbound in a Belgian snifter glass. Deeper orange color coming close to copper. Nose has plenty of caramel and toffee which is strange to emphasize when you’re a double IPA. Decent lacing. Taste has a pretty decent balance with malty sweetness playing well with a minor hop bitterness. This is definitely malt forward. Almost a biscuit like taste and mouthfeel minus the crunch. Better than you might think from this brewery.

4.2
AnokaBrewer (201) - Anoka, Minnesota, USA - MAY 11, 2015
Had on tap at Pub 42. It is a murky dark orange color with a strong floral hop aroma and some citrus. Medium to full body with flavors of grapefruit, earthy hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter and does not linger too long.

2.9
deyholla (11482) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 1, 2015
Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear chestnut orange with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of onion with a bit of pine underlying and some sweet grains. Flavor is onion forward as well with some sweet grains and pine underlying.

3.6
Dogbrick (12912) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 15, 2015
Pours a slightly murky dark orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and roast malt. Medium to full body with flavors of grapefruit, earthy hops and grainy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
