2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
One word. Meh. LOOKS like it should have some great flavor, and that’s where it ends. It is a very one dimensional beer in taste which consists of hops and zero malt. It’s odd, because when you look it the dark golden color, your mind tells you it will be pretty flavorful. It isn’t. Will not be seeking this one out again.
Draft. hazy golden orange color. Aroma of mango, straw. Taste has light citrus. OK. kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Bottle. Plus a clear dark gold body with a rather large foamy off-white head that had decent retention. The nose is rather interesting, lots of mango, papaya, some juicyfruit gum like hoppiness, with a minimal pale malt base that lets the hops shine. The flavor is just as heavy on the tropical fruit from the hops as the aroma led onto. Similarly, the malt has little impact, it’s light and bready and allows the flavor to be driven by the hops. Very clean flavor, nicely dry. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty nice stuff, I would drink this with some regularity if it were available in my area. edgallow (4469) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 22, 2015

Orange clear color. White head. Citrus and banana notes. Tropical. Poured at home from 12oz bottle from Chad. Good stuff Obfuscate (597) - Minneapolis, - MAR 13, 2015
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2015 This used to be a go to beer for me but haven’t had one in awhile. Nice clean tropical fruit; Papaya, pineapple. Super clean with some hop bitterness. Just clean, tropical, refreshing. Ultimately these type of hoppy, citrusy APA’s are a go to for 6 pack drinking in spring and summer. If you like APA’s this is a must try.

Pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus fruit and pine resin. Flavor is grapefruit and other citrus notes with pine resin and a hoppy finish with good sweetness throughout. Light to medium body with medium carbonation. Decent. vandc01 (441) - North Branch, USA - OCT 25, 2014
Poured from a 12oz bottle.
Aroma - Orangy aroma with some citrus,
Appearance - Hazy orange color with a 1.2 finger of fluffy head
Taste - A little light bodied - the aroma follows nicely.
Palate - Nice palate feel.
Overall - Not a bad pale ale, I know I’ve had it fresher and it’s been a better beer. johnnymusky (1004) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 6, 2014
Better than expected....3rd best brew by this local brewery behind duo and photo....nice job guys. Braudog (6833) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - SEP 1, 2014
Draft at the brewery. There’s little aroma on this, but it’s essentially the prototype APA package. It’s dense, but agile ... well balance, clean ... but not much to distinguish it from the many, many quality middle of the road beers out there. Bottle from Four Firkin. Pours an unclear orange with a white head. Aroma has light fruits, grapefruit, some pine and something astringent. Taste is heavy pine, grapefruit, sweet caramelly malts and resin. Bitter up front but the sweetness carries through over time. Medium bodied. Finishes bitter and sweet, in fairly good balance. Shrug? Not unpleasant. 13.4
