2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Picked up a 22-oz bomber at Harbor Wine & Spirits in Mound, MN. Pours a clear golden pale colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that has some decent lacing. Aroma of citrus, some mild Kellogg’s Froot Loops, golden grain malt and a hint of pear. Taste is light to medium bodied, flavors of both grassy and citrus hops, light golden grain malt, and a hint of orange zest. Taste has a quick spicy hop bitterness and then some lingering grassy hop aftertaste. More hop presence compare to Lucid Dyno. Any golden grain or caramel malt is hidden by the hop presence but hard to detect in flavor and finish.
GABF 2012. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hued body with a fading white head. Aromas are citrusy and piney with light resin, grassy and lightly grainy notes. Flavors are floral, citrusy and bitter, mild malt. Lasting bitter duration with lively carbonation. colinize (317) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 14, 2012

Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis, courtesy of bnielsen13. Thanks Brad! Pours a golden yellow appearance with a white head. Garlic, light onion, fairly potent dank, grapefruity hoppy aroma that’s very well hopped. Somewhat bitter, onion, marijuana, floral hoppy flavor. Pretty tasty. Bomber. Fruit in the nose, with a hint of hops. Slightly hazy pale gold with plentiful carbonation and a nice, white head that leaves gorgeous lace. Really nice session brew with moderate fruity hop flavor, and bready finish. Too bad this is a special one-off because this would be a great brew to have for the lake. Hopefully they’ll keep this one around. DalzAle (2037) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - JUL 24, 2012
Bottle. Clear light yellow pour, nice carbonation and thin head with an aroma of light oranges and hops. Flavor is light and slightly bitter orange and English bitter hops and slightly lemon and some off flavors on the aftertaste. Not bad at all, I would buy again. On tap at HLBD, pours a pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of a grassy resinous pine hops Taste is a little watery but for the most part an earthy resinous hop which is clean and refreshing. So far my favorite by Lucid too bad it’s a one off. portableparty (2350) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JUL 14, 2012
Bottle. Pours bright golden orange with a nice sudsy white head that fades to a wispy film and subtle lacing. Aroma is bright floral fruity hops and subtle pine and medicinal malt all around. Taste is malt forward with a good amount of bitter floral piny fruity hops throughout and a slight pepper/spice finish. Palate is thin/medium with a clean yet gritty dry finish. Honestly this is pretty nice and very easy drinking! I have really been enjoying these light hoppy beers this summer!
