COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian golden ale. On the nose it is lightly hoppy and yeastily spicy, with faint caramelly malt notes and a touch of citrusy and estery fruit. The head tastes extremely bitter, as is often the case with this style. Surprisingly fruity, but with a strong hoppy bitterness. There is a warming, malty, vanilla quality to it, which develops into an alcohol kick towards the end. Secondary fermentation in the bottle.

A hazy light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty with light notes of apples and spices. The flavor is also sweet yeasty with primary notes of apples and spices, leading to a dry spicy end. A slight lash of alcohol rips the tongue in the end.

Blond color; big head. Quite alcoholic aroma, some hops, dry. The taste is quite sweet, but too much alcoholic; light liquorice in the beginning, more fruity later.
