Bottle at Rootz, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast leading to a medium bitter big yeast flavour and not a whole lot else really. It’s very Duvel like. A typical yeasty Belgian session beer. A style that had been around forever and has its place on a hot summer day. Nice and refreshing but I feel like its yesterday’s beer. worldbeertaste (1818) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 13, 2013
Hazy gold with a soapy, lacy, white, lasting head. Smells of yeast that overwhelms the nose. Fruit, some grass and coriander. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Tastes of coriander, yeast, peach, with a dry finish that lingers King_Dean (63) - SOUTH AFRICA - JUL 10, 2013
Clear gold pour. Thick white head. Floral hoppy nose, hints of apple. Fresh & hoppy on the tongue, subtle corriander, light fruitiness.

Nasmaak is mooi botter. nearbeer (5610) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 24, 2013
33 cl. bb 14/04/14. Pours a foggy amber, active body with a huge meringue of foam. Smells of toffee and citronella with a touch of resin. Taste is honey, lime juice, beeswax and resin. Light body is dry, with a smooth carbonation and an astringently dry finish. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 19, 2013
(33cl bottle, BB 21/06/15) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of pear, pepper, grass, and yeast. Flavor of orange peel, yeast, pepper, ginger, toffee, and lime peel with a dry, bitter finish. KUEric (977) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Tall boy at beir Barron (old brickskeller).
Pours yellowy haze with a thick, tall, prominent fluffy just off white head. Aroma is sweet, doughy yeastness. Flavor isn’t too terribly far off. A little spice. Would be a very nice introduction to ’different’ beers for a novice. DiarmaidBHK (5924) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 12, 2013
Can at the bar of soap. Pours yellow with an inch of white foam. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Sort of a fruity, estery thing on the nose. Nice and bready on the tongue if not a bit oily. Has a weird grainy thing on the finish. Not bad for the money.
