Bottle shared in London on the 42nd floor - big thanks to Daniel for this gem! Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. White bread in the nose, meringue, yeast, wheat. Medium sweet flavor, lots of simple white bread, minimal bitterness, ripe lemon, Belgian yeast. Medium to full bodied with lively carbonation and massaging carbonation. Warming finish with more simple white bread, meringue, hints of vanilla, wheat, yeast. Tasty, and drinks pretty well for the strength. Rasmus40 (20318) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2011
