Evilkniamhel (955) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 18, 2017
Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy amber. Nose of tropical fruit, bananas, esters. Taste is resin, overripe bananas.

Scottishchris (723) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 22, 2016
Bottle from Cornelius. Gyle 251. Hazy rich gold, frothy white head. Malty cereal nose with stoned fruit and pineapple. Medium-full body, chewy, low fizz. More pineapple and bready cereal. Sweet sticky finish. Good stuff.

AshtonMcCobb (6614) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 30, 2016
On cask. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - light biscuits and toffee. Some red fruit. Taste - more of the same. Quite tangy fruit. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy yet crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - not excited by this but it is balanced.

Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - JUL 26, 2015
Bottle at home from alesela
clear dark amber with slightly papery honeyed nose. Full bodied, high carbonation, sweet shredded wheat, golden syrup, slightly acrid, brief but sweet finish. Not for me.

mr_h (5567) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - JAN 31, 2015
500ml bottle at home, from Beerhive, Edinburgh (bottle no. 984) (6.3% abv on the label) - hazy amber brown (due to bad pouring), thin rapidly disappearing beige head, weak malty aroma, no lacing, caramel malty, slightly aromatic, oily

JohnRMurdoch (4883) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JAN 31, 2015
500ml bottle shared with mr_h. Medium brown, not much head. Sweet musty malt aroma. Sweet pastry flavour. Sharp with bitter sweet aftertaste. Quite sweet for a bitter.

jamestulloch (4117) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 28, 2014
Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy orange body with a thin white head that gradually fades. No lacing. Aroma of apricot, peach and pineapple. Flavour of Danish pastry, orange, pineapple tart and yeast. Medium body with an almost chewable mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Well balanced and sweet - more than one bottle would be quite heavy going though. This bottle was 6.3% ABV.

Scopey (14778) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 25, 2014
Cask at Hanging Bat. It pours cloudy golden with a thick white head. The nose is banana bread, doughy, light spice, straw, ice cream and apple/pear. The taste is bitter-sweet, banana split, toffee, dough, melon, wood, some alcohol and light toast with a warming finish. Medium+ body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Certainly not a bitter, bit not sure what it is.... Banana beer???

Stuu666 (13435) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 7, 2014
Cask at the Hanging Bat, pours yellow copper, sweet and sickly, chewy, nice.

allmyvinyl (10629) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 21, 2014
Cask at The Hanging Bat. Pours clear copper, little to no head. Aromas of caramel biscuit, touch of nuttiness. Taste has more sweetness, with a light balancing bitterness leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Lovely.
