Lack-luster brew with nothing notable to distinguish it from the masses. Really the only thing it has going for it is the marketing in the Buddha bottle.

Subtle flavour, yet has potential. Fresh light taste with just the right amount of carbonation. No aftertaste. Better than other light beers and quite nice with perogies and chicken. The bottle quite nice and fun to look at and hold. Overall I would say this is a delicious beer for a nice evening of dinner and tv.

Bottle. Clear golden colour. Tall fluffy white head. Aroma: grains, bread, skunk, some hops. Light body. Grainy & bready taste. Clean. Low bitterness. Inoffensive lager.

A clear, slightly yellow water-like lager with hardly any foam at all. It has a hop-like aroma, and this is released when opening the bottle. The taste is hop-bitter as well, but leaves something sweet and the aftertaste hangs on for a little bit.

Love the bottle and the sweetness from the rice compliments spicy asian style food. A must have when eating at Wagamamas!

V Pivoteke v NMnV. Vôňa najprv príjemná, potom sa mi prestala páčiť. Pena hneď padla, farba bledá. Chuť vodová, nezaujímavá. Na konci trochu sladká.

30-09-2017; bottle; at home (bought somewhere in Budapest, Hungary). The beer looks rather simple, even for a Pale Lager. The color of the beer is a nice golden yellow. It is quite a pale beer. It is also crystal clear. On top of the beer some rough, white, fast collapsing foam is formed. After a shirt while only a minimal drape is left. The bottle is very nice though. The smell of the beer is not the best. It isn't bad, but far from good. I smell some cheap and simple sweet malts, together with some simple touches of fruity hops. it is very simple, and the malts smell somehow cheap. The taste is the same, but weaker. Simple malty sweets, a hoppy bitterness and some alcohol. It is drinkable, but there are a lot better Pale Lagers on the market. The beer is a bit off balance. It misses some harmony. The palate is simple. Light body, a bit sticky and high carbonation. The finish is extremely short and simple. Just a touch of bitter hops and alcohol and than nothing. All in all a very simple beer, below average. But a nice bottle. And maybe there are people that do like this kind of beer. Who am I to judge.

330ml bottle. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head and grainy, grassy aroma.Taste is sweet malty, grain, corn, with some cardboard and grassy bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry metallic bitter finish. OK cold.
