Pours a cloudy, orangeish-yellow with minimal head. Very strong hop aroma. Flavor is a nice, smooth combination of piney-hop bitterness with citrus notes and a sweet finish. This is really a very good IPA--surprised I haven’t heard of it before. Radek Kliber (7359) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JAN 23, 2012

Bottle courtesy of Radek. Deep amber beer with a thin head. The aroma has a little bit of soft fruit and an odd peanutty flavour. Fairly odd really. A bit of citrus and some light pithy bitterness. A little bit of light malt sweetness a touch of crystal malt/iced tea. Meh - it’s okay. IrishBoy (4199) - Bakersfield, California, USA - JAN 10, 2012
12 oz bottle from Pepsican. Nose is light citrus and very grassy, earthy hops mixed with a little malt backbone. Cloudy amber orange with a big lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is bitter with bits of lemon and grass along with a hint of coffee in the background.

Reddish colour with white head. Lively aroma of citrus. Taste is bitter, pine, citrus, with a kind of sweet aftertaste. A credible IPA. RobertDale (6474) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - DEC 26, 2011
12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a large off-white head. Aroma of piney hops and citrus. Taste is piney hops, floral hops, citrus, and some malt. Good balance. Nice. oobawa (1401) - Tennessee, USA - DEC 24, 2011
Dripping with resinous hops, this IPA packs a surprisingly bitter punch, wringing every last west coast IBU from the recipe. The malts give a grainy, meek background, one barely noticeable in the face of such massive piney massiveness. Good nose, even with a hint of metallic ick. The texture isn’t that great-- the beer seems overcarbonated and spiky, too harsh when coupled with a sandpaper-dry finish. Good but one is plenty. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 15, 2011
Hazy amber with a medium brown head. Aroma of pale malt, citrus, resinous, earthy and danky hops. Taste is earthy with moderately sweet pale malt, citrus, bready malt and mild bitterness. piscator34 (2529) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 24, 2011
Bottled sample. Clear copper in colour with fairly strong carbonation. PIne lumber upfront in the nose, backed by sme white grapefruit, nutty malts and faint caramel. More pine wood in the mouth, but it takes on an additional sap quality as well. White grapefruit shows up a bit more here too. Solid chunky black pepper bitterness. I didn’t get a whole lot of Amarillo notes out of this beer, but Cascade and Centennial are here in spades. A solid (somewhat safe) IPA overall. Good.
