COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lucky Bucket’s Original American IPA begins with a nice malt bill that lets the brew stand up to the mountain of hops added later. After the boil, the hot wort (the beer before it’s really beer) is fired through a hop back, a unique four-barrel stainless steel tank filled with a gratuitous amount of raw flower Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade hops, extracting the aromatic oils and flavor of the hops. Followed with additional dry hopping in the fermenter, the end result is a big, well-balanced West Coast-style IPA with terrific hop flavor and aroma.

Wow...nice beer. Aromatic hops, off white head and heavy lacing. The mouthfeel is soft and bitter and a little sticky. I enjoy.

Hazy orange copper with a small broken head. The aroma is great. Strong mix of orange, citrus, dank, floral notes, light pine and caramel. The flavor is lightly toasted caramel that fades into a slew of juicy American hops and extreme bitterness. A little bit of weird balance in the aftertaste. Pretty F’n hoppy, better than expected.

Delicious IPA, a cause for rejoicing. Amber color. Beautiful hoppy aroma, excellent malt balance to back the hops, flavor includes distinctive Amarillo hops plus both floral and grassy hops. A beer Nebraskans can drink with pride and worth a roadtrip down I-80 for the rest of the world
