A little bready/grainy flavor to it, mostly a macro lager taste to it, although not too bad, probably because it isnít nasty. mattyb83 (737) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 8, 2011
Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is grains with some caramel. Iím not really liking the aroma here. Taste is bread, slight fruitiness, touch of a caramel. Nice balance to the flavor here. Pretty light bodied. Better than I had expected. Thanks atom! thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 12, 2011
(12oz bottle thanks to Cavie) clear amber, effervescent in the glass, ring of off-white head. Nose is very sweet, oddly a bit tart, and raw grain. Taste is also a bit tart, orange, lacking in flavor overall, but some buttery components here also. Thin body and thin on palate flavor, well carbonated though. Sampled at an esbls tasting. Copper gold and clear. A decent head. A grainy nose that is distinct and nice. Grainy flavor, too. Decent. BeerKurve (520) - - MAY 15, 2012
Yeasts, cereal grains, hops all encompassed by a slightly sour and bitter flavor. Couldíve gone without the sourness though. Itís easy to drink but there are better simpler tasting beers out there

pours copper with a small tan head. This beer is grainy with a very slight sweetness There is a little earthiness to it and a bit of malts. This beer is lightly tary and very fizzy and ends dry!

12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a clear medium copper with a one finger white head. Fairly good head retention and lacing with the head hanging around for awhile.
Aroma of cooked vegetables and some corn. There is really a lot of DMS here and Iím not sure if it is intended or not. Some caramel and grassy hops are buried in the background.
The flavor thankfully has less in the way of DMS but does bring along an odd, sour tartness that really detracts from the flavor. Some toffee and bready malt along with hay in the background but again I feel like there are too many off-flavors up front. Pretty watery mouthfeel but that is not out of line with a beer that is only 4.5%
Overall, Iím not really impressed. If this was cleaned up a little it could really shine.

12 oz bottle purchased at the brewery, poured into a pint glass at home. Light bronze, clear appearance with a frothy, lasting white head, looks good. Aroma of toasted grains, bready malts, earthy hops and light caramel. Similar flavor, mildly sweet and lightly bitter, easy to drink. Medium body, creamy feel with average carbonation. Pretty good for a lager. ads135 (4587) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - AUG 11, 2015
A pretty middling craft lager. Has a nice, bready backbone and a surprising sweetness that lingers, but lacks assertiveness on the hop front.
