Very light yellow, like an "american light beer" - clean light grain flavor, like water with a lemon, not much else... Use this to clean your palate. Volgon (2761) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 3, 2004
RBSG 2004 on tap at the brewery: Clear straw color with a thin white head. Watery texture, clean tasting with a weak ending. beerguy101 (5364) - Newark, California, USA - JUL 30, 2004
Light yellow gold color. Small head. Aroma is slightly sweet. A light bodied golden ale. Malts are mild, sweet and fruity. Hops are very mild and slightly spicy. Kind of mild and thin tasting. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 24, 2004
(RBSG04) Manilla body topped by white head. Aroma is light -- medium sweet, honey, melon, apple, light grassy. Taste is medium sweet, pear, melon, grain, light grassy. Light-medium body, some crispness. jsquire (4722) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - JUL 21, 2004
On tap at the pub. Painfully thin straw color with a thin white head that left minimal lacing. Faint grain and citrus nose. The initial flavor of raw grain was followed by a strong citrus lemon. I got too much yeast in the finish to be really refreshing.

Labrador. Light honeyed hay caharcter, minimaly bitterness, fresh and crisp.
Bright yellow. Crisp and tart, but not too bready. Lightly hopped. Nice little pilsnery ale. Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 9, 2004
Hops fall out and give way to a weird bitterness. Dry spicy finish. Weak body. Once again, organic beer doesn't seem to work out too well. BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - FEB 7, 2004
yellow, fizzy head, light lacing. Aroma is medicinal & citrusy, wet dog, pineapple. The flavor is bright & pilsnery but still ends like crap.
