Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy orange pour. White head. Soft citrus meat on the nose. Also soft texture. Slight hop bite late. Okay. JoeMcPhee (9448) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2012
Slightly hazy pale golden colour. Nose is sort of apricot-like but without the sweetness that I sometimes get from beers with this flavour in it. Moderate bitterness with some nice fruitiness.

I’ve drunk my share of lucky labs, and this is one of their best. Well balanced hop flavors of resin, lemon & a peppery spice. the aroma sticks more with the resin, plus caramel and alcohol. Clear amber with minima lwhite head (all the beers here lightly carbonated.) light and refreshing in the mouth. clean finish. Today they just called it Top Dog with 6% alcohol. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

Labrador. Spicy US hops, lightly aromatic. Caramelly/toffee, but not overdone at all, a tad bit dull compared to there other beers, but it was still OK.
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2007 This one rocks. Orange with a nice head. Yummy yummy in my tummy sweet citrus burst. Floral and fruity with exceptional balance. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - OCT 9, 2003
Draft: mild malt nose some carmel. Orange copper color. Good malt hop mix. Carmel comes to mind. Clean, kinda creamy. Not bad. Didn't wow me either though. jazz88 (2683) - San Francisco, California, USA - OCT 29, 2002
Tap. Hoppy floral aroma. Quick bite. Slightly malty. Was that the smell of dog in this beer? Oh, that was the 50 dogs that were hanging our outside the bar. They even had a band playing.
