On tap at Lucky Labrador, pours a clear copper with a tiny head. Aroma brings out very feint ginger. Flavour reveals the same, with maybe a touch more pronounced ginger and nothing else. Pretty weak stuff. Passable but very boring. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Amber pour with a small head. Plenty of spicy goodness. Pretty good amount of ginger and it has a lot of good taste. troopie (2379) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JAN 16, 2011
This is what they called Zingerbier at the main pub. Pours light brown with a thin head. Light sweet aroma, no ginger in aroma. Medium to full aroma, more sweetness, not much ginger. Ginger comes out in finish. 5.5 percentum alcohol, bhensonb (15490) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 12, 2009
Pours dark amber with a reddish tinge; no head. Aromas of caramel and zesty spice. Medium body with firm carbonation. Flavor is decent ginger over roast caramel. It finishes ginger spicey. Sort of a red/amber with lots of ginger. Nice. glkaiser (1214) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 17, 2009
On tap early 2009. Dark copper. Light ginger aroma. Mild & drinkable with just enough ginger. Light sweetness and moderate bitterness. Solid.
