From growler. Pours with little foam. No haze. Dark golden in color. Nice Belgian aroma. The spice/fruit taste is well balanced. Very Drinkable.

Aroma of a soapy malt, pours a clear Amber color with a thin white head. A taste of malt with a light body and a soapy finish.

Not so special. But nice to drink. Enjoyable at a bar when everything is closed in the area of Jackson.

I rated this 3 tenths higher than it deserved on the overall due to this being 3 weeks past best-by date which effects light beers quite a bit. Aroma, faint/weak belgian esters, grassy pilsner and bread. Off-clear pale straw, thin white head. Flavors reflect aroma only more assertive with solid bittering and a very astringent finish. Between the bittering and astringency it is way out of balance, ruining drinkability/digestability. Slightly fruity and toasty. Palate is nice except for the finish. Overall between the astringency and age of the brew it isn’t a very good beer. However I will try again as the concept and base are nice and should work as a nice quaffer during MS’s hot summers.

Draft at the source. Hazy straw color, fluffy white head. Aroma of fresh hay, light citrus. Taste has just a touch of funk I guess from the Belgian yeast, otherwise lightly peppery straw. Easy to drink.

Draft. Golden with thin white head. Light aroma of grain, clove, banana, and spicy hops. Light body with spicy hop bitterness and some grain and clove notes.

On tap at Burgers and Blues in Jackson, MS. Pours clear golden yellow with small white head. Aromas of bananas, clove, belgain yeast, some grain and a little sweetness. Flavors of sweet bananas and grains, some clove and other light spices. Little hop note in the end. Body was a little thicker than expected and is a little too sweet for my tastes, but not bad.

Had this beer at a Georgia Blue very thin, weak and smelled and taste like a bottle of perfume was poured into it. I’ve tasted a lot of Belgian Style Blonde Ales and Belgian Blonde (Strong) Ales and this was not even close. I will give it another chance in about 6 mo. I really like to see local businesses succeed. Good Luck guys.

We had this beer at the 2013 Tops of the Hops in Biloxi, MS. It was one of my favorites of the night. Yum! Great summer beer.
