Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
Our first brew, this is a golden drink in the tradition of well-hopped ales. Pale hue, Maris Otter pale malt, Fuggles & Goldings hops. Dry elongated bitter aftertaste.

Cask pint @ The Green Dragon, Little Stretton. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma soft floral hop, English malt. Taste is predictably light, soft pale malt, light floral, lemon hints. Ok cask golden ale.

Bottle from Appleyards Deli, Shrewsbury. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - lemon and barley. Some floral notes. Taste - loads of lemon barley water. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - quite single dimensional but a very enjoyable dimension.

Clear golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma with mild hoppy hints. The flavour is sweet malt and some subtle hoppy notes and mild bitterness. Easy to drink. Thinnish.

Ye Olde Bull Ring Tavern, Ludlow. Cask.Bright clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and soft with fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light smooth pale malts. A mild nutty vibe in the mid. Very mild citrus hops on the back end. Smooth semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable.
