Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Semi dry. Light dry pale malts, grainy sweetness. Little lactose and a light tang. Very mild floral citrus on the backend. Dry finish. Grainy sweetness dominates here. Meh!
Gravity pour, half-pint at the 2014 Bridgnorth Beer Festival. Clear amber in colour, weak white topping. Semi-sweet and fruity in both the nose and taste, very drinkable. Nice blend of flavours and well balanced brew, an old style bitter that is worth finding. dynamiteninja (1864) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2014
