A: The beer pours a light amber color with a fair amount of orange and a creamy off-white head.
S: There is a fair amount of citrus hop character with some pine notes to it. A light floral character to go along with toasted malt and a slight sweetness of toffee and bread.
T: Lots of malt flavor. Heavy on the bread and toast with a bit of toffee and caramel. The hop flavors are not quite as intense as the aromas. Citrus, grass, and floral notes with a light bitterness.
M: Medium in body with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Not a bad red ale. I liked the aroma a bit better than the nose, however. Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2012
