The best red ale Iíve ever had. Perfect balance, good hop nose. Perfect body, great mash profile and fermentation. Teriffic mouth feel, finishes clean and leaves you wanting more. Have had this in the pub and in the can and both are terrific. sneagrams3 (2337) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 14, 2010
Tasted 6/14/10. 22oz bomber. "Sawtooth Series" brewed by Beaver Street Brewing Co. Small necker that reads Imperial Red. Pours filtered with an amber hue. Spiraling ring of off-white head. Aromas of super bright hops and doughy yeast notes. Citrus with an emphasis on the grapefruit. Nice fresh nose. Medium bodied with a hop dominant body. Smooth initial malts with a bready note that is quickly overwhelmed by the grassy grapefruit hops. The finish is a mix of bitter hops and a subtle underlying sweetness. This tastes a lot bigger than 5.8%! Very nicely done! StuPreston (5) - Arizona, USA - JUL 22, 2011 does not count
Poured from a can purchased at Total Wine.
Iíve had this one at the brewery in Flagstaff. Beaver Street makes great beer.
Aroma: sweet, rich. Smells close to a lager, but the red/amber ale comes through.
Appearance. More of an amber than a red. Virtually no head on the pour.
Taste: full character followed by a bitter aftertaste; a little drier than most reds.
Palate: great volume in the mouth; craft comes through
Overall: Order this one again. Right up there with my favorite reds. dwyerpg (6078) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 22, 2013
A thin caramel to the aroma. This is light and smooth but with enough caramel. An easy finish. Very sessionable. thetmaxx (917) - West Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 25, 2015
From the bomber. This is very good, much better than black bridge in Kingman, as. Nice malt, good dank English Nobel type hops. Nice finish as well, not too sweet, kind of dry. Nice head.

12oz can. Rating #15. Clear medium amber in color with a very small white head, it didnít seem like there was a lot of carbonation based on the lack of any pop when I opened the can. Pretty big piney hop nose, it took me a little bit by surprise actually, light malt aroma and a tad bit of toast. Flavor is nice and hippy as well which I am really enjoying, very nicely balanced, real nice brew. (1598) adnielsen (10605) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 16, 2012
Can while tailgating the Cubsí Spring Training game in Mesa. Copper appearance with an off white head. Caramel, toffee, a bit earthy aroma. Rich, toasty, caramel malty, a touch piney flavor. Easy to drink. MadDogMD (215) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUL 21, 2012
On draft at the Brewery. Good red color, light carbonation. Well balanced- some bitter, piney hops w/ caramel, slightly nutty, sweet malts. Usually prefer my Reds a little more hoppy, but this was good. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - FEB 14, 2010
Amber pour at the AZ strong beer fest. Nice off white head. Good aroma. Has a nice dose of fruity and spicy hops that go well with the malt bill. Flavor is hoppy and malty with both playing a good role and neither is overpowering. Not bad at all! craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 25, 2011
tasting on 3/19/11. light bitter nose. medium body with caramel malts and an average bitterness. sweet finish with dark fruits.
