Tap at Monkish Brewing. Pours clear amber with a medium, creamy off-white, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is cookie and toast malt with light chocolate notes, jasmine notes, earthy hops and pear esters. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness, bitter jasmine notes and fruity esters with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
