COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aromas of citrus. Lager beer with citrus flavor makes this beer enjoyable. Could not this beer came in a larger bottle. A good and long aftertaste of citrus, too. I liked this very much. A lager beer with citrus is really good. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Aroma: bread, grass, a hint of floral. Appearance: golden, quite hazy. Looks unfiltered. Big head with big bubbles. Taste: more bitter than sweet but without going overboard. a slight alcoholic aftertaste that the beer could do without. Palate: Very frothy, it’s oversaturated for my taste but nothing eccentric. Overall: a solid lager beer that beats all macros for sure but does not reach the highs of mastery.

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear golden, medium white head. Bready and slighty yeasty aroma with some buttery notes, and floral and grassy hops. Light to medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Dry with medium bitterness.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Bigtime preassure in the bottle, meaning it makes a bit of a mess if you’re not fast. Aroma is bigtime bready malts with some biscuity and caramelly notes as well. Flavour is bready malts, fruits, some mild floral and grassy notes along with some herbs as well. Actually rather nice balance with a long floral, grassy and herbal aftertaste. With a beer like this, the gushing from this bottle is forgiven.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and hints of citrus. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, citrus, grass and a fresh bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Well made and tasty lager in a dry, north German style. Quite nice.
