COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark brown bordeaux-coloured beer with a firm broken-white head. The aroma is pleasant, with some pear and roasted nuts. The palate is nutty, with some chocolate impressions followed by exotic fruit. This beer with strong character has a beautiful finish with some bitter hop and caramel.

Bottle. An unclear, reddish brown beer topped by a finger-thick, light beige head. Prunes, dark sugars, some roasted malts and caramel in the aroma. Yeast too. The flavor has an almost unpleasant hoppy bitterness, else its more or less the same as the aroma. Full body, sort of too carbonated. Bitter, lightly roasted finish. Overall, too yeasty, and theres also some vegetables. Not DMS, but green asparagus or broccoli. 130516

Donkerbruin bier met stevig schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet met iets van chocolade, noot en mango. Goed bier wat mij betreft.
