Pours an nice light golden hue. Aromas of sweet honey and booze. Flavor is honey sweetness upfront. Lightly floral with hints of vanilla. The whiskey comes through in the middle and kills the honey sweetness.

Had a small sampling of this at Vintage Estates in Boardman, Ohio where they were selling it for $22 a bottle. Pours a light clear yellow color. Aroma is sweet honey with definite alcohol and floral notes. Flavor is really nice and light and well balanced for being 20abv. Flavor is light up front sweetness without being too overpowering, balanced by a nice warming, but not burning alcohol finish. One of the best meads I’ve tried.
