(bottle) murky golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of candle wax and wheat, heavily phenolic, with lots of buttermilk and oatmeal. flavour is mostly ashy wheat and vanilla, with a light touch of tobacco and heavy clove in the semi-dry finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of banana, yeast and bread. Taste of phenolic yeast and sweet banana, nothing special.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty, modest dry. Light fruity notes of banana. Finish still mild, a bit boring malty-yeasty. Average hefeweizen.

Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy light amber colour with steady big head and smooth to thin body. Aroma of yeast and grass. Taste of ripe yeast, wheat, berad and bananas. Sour-thin-watery finish.

Ganz ok.

Bottle from Hol’Ab, hazy yellow with a thin lacy head and bananas and tinned peaches on the nose. Slightly too sweet body is yeasty with more fruit and a touch of cloves.
