From 0,5l bottle. BBD: 26.10.13 Pours clear light golden liquid, big frothy head, Aroma: elderflower syrup, malty, taste: medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light sour, syrup sweet, malty, bit grainy, Palate: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation, medium long bitter-sweet aftertaste, Overall: surprisingly drinkable mass produced lager. Can´t say about the syrup taste, if it would be the same, if the beer would be drunk properly before the BBD (I drunk it exactly 7 months after BBD). There is written on the bottle, that this beer do not contain maltose syrup - only ingredients: water, malt, barley, hops.

A simple clean lager with no hops.

Promising title and disappointing performance. Malty beer, rather carbonated (common thing to other beers from this brewery from certain time). Nothing special at all.

Lviv Oak Barrel Beer 0,5L bottle 4,2abv and 11’. Made 22.08.13 19:53.
Bought by me at supermarket in Kremenchuk Ukraine and enjoyed 29sept at the 70th anniversary for liberation from nazis. Slava Ukraini.
Scents of weet malt, chocolate sauce, hops, flowers, good.
Body straw yellow golden, bubbles are present, good.
The head upon is tall and resistant, leaving fields in the mug, good.
Tastes malty, roasted almonds, hints of hops, some gentle sour notes, hops maybe.
Smooth in the mouth and only a bit watery.
Aftertaste with bread, dark syrup, and something smoked, maybe the oak.
A bit sweet drink but ok, or oak-ay.

Ну, может чуть больше, чем просто лагер из Львова. А вообще — ни о чём.

Average lager. Golden color with medium head which quickly disappear. Malty aroma with grassy notes. Standard lager taste, maybe some richer taste then other Lvivske lager. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5L bottle. Very poor immediately disappearing white head. Clear golden color. Toneless malty aroma. Classic lager taste of malt and some hops. Commercial description says that taste must be rich because of ripening of beer in oak casks, according to traditions of Lviv brewing, and taste is really richer, but not very much. Drinkable, especially chilled
