Cask pint in my local Wetherspoons on 7th Aug 2017. Light mahogany body, smooth off-white creamy head with lacing. Malty bitter, which is a change around here in the West Midlands really. Light caramel notes in the nose and taste, mild bitter and dry finish. Decent. Towey1989 (3429) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 29, 2017
Cask at The Quiet Woman, Leek (Lymestone) A clear amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of caramel, dog biscuits and subtle spicy hops. Taste of caramel, toast, a little smoke, subtle dog biscuit and slight spicy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, toasted bitterness in the finish. Not my kind of bitter, roasty with an unpleasant doggy taste. johndoughty (5600) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2017
Bottle. Dark brown with a small head. Pleasant malty flavour with a medium body. Funny label which is a clever play on words. Pleasant fun beer. theprof (1364) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2016
Cask. Aroma yeasty malts with a little berry fruit in the background. Pours amber honey with a white lace top. A soft mouthful with a bitter finish. Not a lot going on but then again not a lot going wrong, which in today’s world is close to a commendation. So to be clear - average. harrisoni (19534) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 25, 2014
Cask handpull from Berry Walmer. Clear light brown lasting beige head. Tasty enough malty bitter. Some yeast on aroma some dry brown malt. Quite dry on the finish. Ok malty bitter. Dry on finish.

Hand pulled at the Figure of Eight, Birmingham. A very interesting Bitter: super smokey, with a smokiness which persists throughout the pint. Slick mouthfeel, really pleasant.
