Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear amber colour with a frothy off white head. Aroma is non existent, mainly caramel. Taste of caramel, slight butterscotch, a little dark fruits and subtle floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, fruity bitterness in the finish. Nothing to report really, very little in terms of aroma and taste is average at best. ManVsBeer (10928) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2015
Cask @ Manchester & County, Manchester. Clear golden ale with a small-thin head. Not much aroma, with some malts, and a fairly neutral taste. Pretty much a standard golden ale with a crispness and a sessionable seasonal brew. niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2015
On cask at Lymestone Vaults, Newcastle Under Lyme. Pours golden with a stiff white head. A sweetish bitter, it’s OK. It was in good order just a little uninspiring. Don2711 (493) - - DEC 31, 2014

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2014 Cask at the Pilgrims Progress (JDW), Bedford. Yellow gold, with a slight white head. Aroma of vegetables, burnt herbs, a bit of apricot brandy, garden flowers, sea salt, butterscotch. Taste is bitter/sour. Harsh and astringent, a bit hard to drink. Cardboard in the finish. Weak palette. Is this off or just plain poor? Both methinks.
