Bottle, The Beer Emporium, Sandbach. Pours an amber colour with little head. Aroma of fruity malt as is the taste that builds to a dryish finish. Quite enjoyed this typical English bitter.
Cask at The Quiet Woman, Leek (Lymestone) A clear pale amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of biscuity, bready malts and slight grass. Taste of biscuity, bready malts, slight grass and subtle spicy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A short, dryish, malty bitterness in the finish.
