Tap. Pours a clear dark brown body with a small wispy brown head. The nose is citrusy hops with a light chocolate malt and roast undertone. The flavor is not exactly what I want, the malt is a little overly burnt with some heavy graininess and a lingering burnt coffee finish. It’s not very smooth at all. Light to medium bodied, a little rough on the texture with fizzy carbonation. Meh, this one doesn’t do it for me. Travlr (26268) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 26, 2017

Growler from Beer Growler - Charlotte. Pours a black color with off white head. Roasty, sweet, hoppy, piney aromas. Hoppy, roasty, piney, slight resiny, malty flavors.
